After a lackluster Windows Vista Beta Build 5536, and a more fit-and-finished Build 5552, Microsoft has finally thrown in the beta hatchet and announced that Windows Vista RC 1 is available only to members of Microsoft’s TechBeta or TAP programs. (more…)
